A unique addition to the market, this gin incorporates sap from the silver birch tree, tapped from the Kincardine Estate in Royal Deeside providing a warm earthy tone to the profile that compliments its citrus aroma and locally sourced botanicals.
This artisan gin is distilled in a traditional copper still and bottled by hand to ensure Royal Deeside’s tradition of quality local products is reflected in every bottle.
In July 2017, they received a well earned gold in the Scottish Field Gin Challange. Coming out on top after going head to head in a blind tasting with 59 of our countries finest gins.
