White Heather 15 Year Old is a premium blended Scotch whisky containing both peated and unpeated malts from Speyside, Islay and the northern Highlands along with carefully selected grain whiskies.
The whisky began life in American ex-bourbon barrels and hogheads as well as a quantity of Spanish sherry butts. Once carefully blended, the spirit was reracked into specially selected Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso puncheons along with American virgin oak casks to enjoy secondary maturation under the care of experienced master blended Billy Walker at GlenAllachie Distillery.
Non-chill filtered and the amber colour comes naturally from the casks.
