Est - 07/17
Location - Carmyllie, Angus
Owner(s) - Redcastle Spirits: Fiona Walsh & John Anderson
Serving Suggestions - Tastes amazing neat over ice but for the more traditional G&T serve, we recommend a Copa glass filled with lots of ice, a healthy measure of Redcastle Gin, premium tonic and a twist of lime peel. A further addition of a few pink peppercorns or a star anise can further enhance and intensify some of the core botanicals.
Known Botanicals - Kaffir Lime Leaf, Pink Peppercorn, Star Anise, Orange & Lemon peel, Cardamon
Tasting Notes -
Nose: sweet citrus & pepper with a hint of liquorice.
Palate: Super smooth and full of flavour, with warming spice on the tongue and notes of lemon and lime, which give a sweet lift towards the finish.
