This single malt represents 17 years well spent. Made with organically sourced barley, the first fourteen of those were spent in whisky refill casks under their careful gaze inside a former weaving shed.

During the finishing, it developed a delicious sweetness, as we all would, if we'd spent years in sherry wood. Notes of caramel, maple syrup, candied peel and sherry-soaked raisins are the product of their 100% natural process.

Tasting notes:
Colour: Burnished copper

Nose: Very dry and slightly sulphurous, with a whole basket of dried fruits, raisins and dates

Palate: Sweet caramel, mouth-coating maple syrup, mixed candied peel and sherry soaked raisins.

Finish: Long and sweet; fading to honeyed cashews
