Born in the west end gardens of Glasgow, using homegrown botanicals, Garden Shed are a small batch gin distillery passionate about, both gin & the environment.
Est - Dec 2017 Location - Glasgow Owner(s) - Maxine and Ryan Grant, Kirstin and Ruaridh Jackson Serving Suggestions -1 part Gin to 2 parts classic tonic, garnished with a blackberry and a sprig of rosemary or lavender. Fever-tree Mediterranean tonic also goes really well for those people who like a more “cocktail’y” drink as it brings out more of the florals in the Gin. Known Botanicals -The main botanicals in the Gin are blackberry, lavender and dandelion root but there are 14 botanicals altogether. Tasting Notes -It is packed full of florals and spices giving a fresh smelling and tasting gin with a distinctively smooth long lasting finish. The blackberry, Lavender and lemon come through really nicely.
