"With this expression of Height of Arrows we roast our juniper. Much like roasting spices before cooking a curry, roasitng the juniper releases the heavy oils within the juniper to create a deep, bold and earthy style of Height of Arrows. Height of Arrows Heavy is a gin that has been created in the Old Tom style. Old Tom gins were sweetned, and we have used this style to round out the deep bold flavours created with roasting the juniper."
