"Ginny" Kinrara's Highland Coo, is the first in their artist edition series. Illustrated by Scottish artist Kat Baxter, "Ginny" is depicted using juniper, rosehip, rowan berry, orange and lemon which they use to distil this gin. This gin is juniper led with citrus and floral notes on the nose. Dry to taste initially, the gin opens beautifully when served over ice with the addition of a quality tonic. Expect citrus notes and a lovely floral finish lingering in the palate.
