The Limited Edition Freya the Fox is the third in the range of Kinrara Artist Editions by Kat Baxter. There will only ever be 2000 of this edition released with each bottle being individually numbered and signed.
Kinrara Scottish Highland Dry Gin is distilled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park using 8 botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, orange, lemon, liquorice root as well as rosehip and rowanberries foraged from the Kinrara Estate.
With the recipe being perfected in 'Wee Alice', a fifty litre Hoga copper pot still, production of Kinrara Gin takes place in 2 100-litre stills before it is cut with water filtered through the Cairngorm Mountains.
