"LBD GIN that has spent 6 months in a Maple Syrup cask.
Yes, MAPLE SYRUP CASK. Birch sap in the distillate, maple sap in the cask, boom DOUBLE SAP (copyright Julian Vallis).
Part of our Experimental Spirit Series, this is cask strength, single cask, non chill filtered, natural colour, no added nothing, single cask gin. The label is a lumberjack shirt, because it’s oak-ey. There are 400 bottles from the cask.
Probably the closest we’ll get to an old tom style but it’s still a dry distilled gin with no added sugar or syrup."
