Lundin Distilling, working in collaboration with a renowned distiller (formerly of Sipsmith and currently Arbikie) has produced this fantastic fruity and floral gin. They use 18 botanicals including elderflower, chamomile, grapefruit, sweet and rich juniper and locally foraged Fife gorse – hence the name!

Known Botanicals - Gorse petals, elderflower, chamomile, sweet and bitter orange, cinnamon leaves, Tellicherry black pepper.
Tasting Notes - Juniper and orange upfront. Holy grass and honey lead into a fusion of fruit – apple, pear, mango. Uniquely long finish of dark chocolate, marmalade orange and lightly peppered spice.
