Lundin Distilling, working in collaboration with a renowned distiller (formerly of Sipsmith and currently Arbikie) has produced this fantastic fruity and floral gin. They use 18 botanicals including elderflower, chamomile, grapefruit, sweet and rich juniper and locally foraged Fife gorse – hence the name!
