Distilled in Angus and individually hand bottled, wax sealed, labelled & numbered at their brewery in Carmyllie, the gin is a super smooth citrus-spice gin, achieved by cleverly balancing our recipe of 13 botanicals and using traditional distilling methods.

Serving Suggestions - Tastes amazing neat over ice but for the more traditional G&T serve, we recommend a Copa glass filled with lots of ice, a healthy measure of Redcastle Gin, premium tonic and a twist of lime peel. A further addition of a few pink peppercorns or a star anise can further enhance and intensify some of the core botanicals.

Tasting Notes -
Nose: sweet citrus & pepper with a hint of liquorice.
Palate: Super smooth and full of flavour, with warming spice on the tongue and notes of lemon and lime, which give a sweet lift towards the finish.
Finish: Lime with hints of ginger.
