Since being first distilled on 17TH August 2014, after over 55 recipe experiments by husband and wife duo Martin and Claire Murray in Dunnet, Rock Rose gin was born and gains its wonderful flavour from a carefully selected and put together creation of local and traditional botanicals. Each one meticulously chosen for their flavour properties to create the perfect taste. 5 botanicals of which are foraged in Scotland.

Known Botanicals (11) – Rhodiola Rosea, Rowan Berries, Sea Buckthorn, Blaeberries, Verbena, Coriander Seed, Cardamom and Juniper from two different countries - Italy and Bulgaria.
Serving Suggestions – Premium tonic and toasted rosemary or orange peel.
Tasting Notes - Juniper on the front with a complex finish. A lovely lingering lemon sherbert hit at the very end.
