Launched at the tail end of last year. Notorious Bramble coowners, Mike Aikman and Jason Scott banged heads with Vino Wines head honcho, Gavin Ferguson to be at the forefront of what many are predicting is the next spirit to take the industry by storm.
SeaWolf was 18 month’s in the making and it is unlike any other. The cane molasses is done at low temperature for 4 weeks using both rum and Champagne yeasts, resulting in an “unusual” flavour profile of unripe banana and sugar cane with tropical fruit notes on the palate with faint citrus and spice finale!

Tasting Notes –
- Nose: Intensely fruity, Banana bread and dried banana notes develop but undoubtedly a rum.
- Palate: Fruity and earthy.
