Shetland Reel - Ocean Sent (70cl, 49%)

Ocean Sent Gin is a unique product using locally harvested seaweed. Shetland Reel wash and dry it before distilling in our small copper pot still together with other carefully selected botanicals. The result is a London Dry gin with a surprising depth of flavour which also make a fabulous cocktail base.

Tasting Notes –

• Nose: Juniper and sea salt, fresh yet spicy.
• Palate: Juniper and salt remains, pleasant citrus taste.
• Finish: Smooth, sea air kick.
