Inspired by the long summer evenings, Shetland Reel decided to create a refreshing and aromatic gin especially for summer. In Shetland, Simmer Dim is the name for the long days in summer where the sun barely dips below the horizon before soaring high for another day. These lasting amber skies gave them the inspiration for their limited edition Simmer Gin, released for World Gin Day 2016.
