Tayport Distillery - Scots Pine Gin (50cl, 40%)

Tayport Distillery wanted to create a gin that was distinctively different from our first release, Wild Rose Gin. There was an ambition to make it bold, punchy and in keeping with our 'style' of products, which was to take inspiration from our surroundings. We did not have to look very far, with Tentsmuir Forest right on our doorstep!

Magnificent Scots Pine trees tower and this was a place we frequently walk our dog, Jura. After experimenting with some of the needles, we discovered that a Christmas and winter spiced route was the path to follow. Our Scots Pine Gin is now our most popular gin, and has won a number of awards for it impeccably balance flavour profile.
